New Construction

New Developments

We must accompany you on your first visit to a sales office; otherwise, the developer is not obligated to honor our working relationship. When you are ready to visit a sales office, let us know and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’ve been representing buyers in new construction developments throughout San Francisco since 2001. Someone looking out for your interests in new construction — an independent buyer representative — at no additional cost can be hard to believe. But it’s true. Having your own representation costs you nothing, and giving it up won’t save you a dime in new construction. Seriously.

    Start Smarter

Before you walk out your front door and spend a day wasting your time at new buildings you might hate, our in-depth market knowledge lets you explore every building with someone who has no preferred interest in selling any of them. We can share with you what we know about the developer, the builder, their history in San Francisco, and how other projects they’ve completed have aged. We know new construction.

The kind of new homes eventually built in these new development buildings may be very different from what is currently described. Development of new construction homes in San Francisco typically takes decades as opposed to the years or months timeframe that is more typical in other markets.
