    One-bedroom homes at The Bristol face inwards, and some homes have decks for private exterior space. All homes are completed in the same finish package which includes two-tone cabinets, white-oak wood floors, a Miele appliance package, quartz countertops and gas cooktop in the kitchen. (Entitled prior to electric only law of 2020)

    Bathrooms feature floating vanities, Carerra marble, fixtures by Dornbracht, and soaking tubs in select plans.

    Mello Roos

The funds from the mello-roos assessment fund the construction of new infrastructure on the island, from drainage to roads, schools, sewers, and more. Mello-Roos assessments vary based on your square footage and as of early 2020, the known mello-roos rates will be $6.91 a square foot for homes at The Bristol. You can expect to pay these additional mello-roos assessments for as long as you own the property.
