Developer: LEAP Development | Architect: Handel Architects
950 Tennessee has 100 homes in a building that rises four stories above Tennessee Street between 20th and 22nd streets in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco. Construction broke ground in August of 2018.
This area of Tennessee Street has several projects proposed that will continue to drive development and change the neighborhood. This stretch of Tennessee still feels “industrial” in comparison even to some other blocks of the Dogpatch. Expect the area to become more residential as buildings like this and other proposed projects open their doors to new residents.
