Matt and his team were super helpful! They guided us through the process of buying our first home, and have been an invaluable resource since, as well.

My husband and I purchased our 2 bedrooms condo in Soma a few years ago. Our experience with Matt was so great that we remained in touch with him as friends. Matt was very receptive to our desires, and guided us judiciously in our final choice. His follow up and attention to details are spectacular.

I've know Jackson Fuller Real Estate for over 15 years. Matt Fuller, Britton Jackson, and team are impeccable practitioners! They know more about San Francisco real estate that anyone I've ever met! Matt worked with on the purchase of my condo and we must have seen 40+ properties. He never tiered in my search for the perfect space and when he brought the final jem to me, I knew just from the listing, that this was the place!

Matt and Briton were amazing to work with. I always felt that they had our best interest at heart, and they never pressured us into something. When we eventually found our new home, they handled it with incredible efficiency and clarity. I would work with them in a heartbeat given the opportunity.

I’ve worked with Jackson Fuller three times now—when purchasing our first home, selling our first home, and buying our second home. Each time, I loved working with them. They were exceptionally responsive and gave informed, smart counsel. What I appreciated was that they worked with me how I wanted to work with them. I did a lot of my own searching and engaged them when I found something I was interested in. I have no patience to be driven around in a realtor’s BMW to look at staged listings. Maybe they do that too, but I really liked that they worked with me the way I was most comfortable. 🙂 Beyond that I just love Britton and Matt. They’re both lovely. We have been working with the JF team for years and they are consistently the most professional, helpful, and reliable businesses we've worked with. They've seen us through the sale purchase of 3 properties and the sale of two and, with each one, they've calmed our nerves, communicated the risks and rewards, been very clear about their process and, in the end, have gotten homes we've been very happy with.

We retained Britton and Matt to sell our Victorian in 2010 (yes, at the depth of the downturn) and could not have been more pleased with their professionalism, advice and just plain hard work. My daughter then purchased a home through them and was equally pleased. These are consummate professionals who truly deserve a five star rating.

The Jackson Fuller Real Estate team did a great job selling my SF condo. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and worked hard during the process. The team... Britton is a well experienced and professional agent. My partner and I bought our home from her, and we have been so happy. Britton followed up with us... This firm is a joke and total waste of time. New home buyers - if you’re looking for a reputably arrogant and useless team of agents to Never help you after getting into contract, you’ve come to the right firm. This team has shown they’re clear on only one thing - what they “deserve”, and nothing else matters. If you’re already working with this firm - gosh, just hope you never have anything go sideways. Because they will do exactly nothing to resolve it, they think they own this market. Even their broker at Zephyr seems to have no influence over them - just a sad state of affairs. In the last few months - I’ve interacted with Matt, Britton and Omar at this firm. And I’ve understood this. They all know what they are entitled to, like the privileged agents they think of themselves (I mean look at their team pictures on the site). But when it comes to doing actual work and hustling for a buyer to ease the home buying process - they are nowhere to be found.Matt is an expert fact concealer, at cooking up theories and boy - is he good at dodging things during conversations. Yet, the one thing he is consistently clear on - is what he "deserves”.He literally asked me for this 1-star review, which is precisely why it’s here. I’ve tried to resolve the situation with him via multiple channels, but he’s set on not having a mature discussion and arriving at a resolution.I’m in the middle of a lengthy escrow on a new construction unit and his team has pro-actively reached out to me 0 times. I've spent countless hours (after identifying a construction issue with the unit) in working with the sales team and developer on a resolution. Mr. Fuller’s take on it - just forget your hefty deposit and cancel the contract. He’s probably keeping a share of it anyway, so nothing for him in working on it.Their team has offered No help with other aspects of the purchase - like contract reviews, finding lenders, resolving construction issues, keeping a busy buyer on the timeline, and most importantly of all - having the buyer’s back when things go sideways. So I’m spending all these hours of my time on all these things that an agent would help with. Yet, Matt knows he “deserves” the full commission because his team got me to the dance. I interacted with their agency for a few hours before and during the sales day, so apparently - they’ve "earned" their keep. There are much better agents at SF brand new condos (Saba), Four bridges realty (Shianne, Colleen), Sotheby’s (Tori) and many others.. that you should rather take your business to. They will get you in the door probably sooner than these people and you’ll find out what a good home buying experience is like. This firm is a joke and total waste of time. New home buyers - if you're looking for a reputably arrogant and useless team of agents to Never help you...
