Forty-one luxury condos that will have one, two, or three bedrooms, with ground floor retail come to market in 2019. After a long time in planning, the developers added some density and more activated ground floor/retail spaces. As of Spring 2019, construction is underway.
The project will transform what is currently a shuttered gas station with the address of 2465 Van Ness. This will be the largest new development of homes to come to Cow Hollow or Marina area in over 20 years, surpassing the Amero by about 50%. It is being developed by DM Development, which has worked on other high profile buildings such as 8 Octavia, designed by Stanley Saitowitz.
