We love to sell homes! We’d love to sell your home, but we also know that once we sell your home, we can’t un-sell your home. This isn’t a netflix subscription or a pair of zany suspenders from Amazon you can hide away at the back of a drawer if things don’t work out.

 

So let’s have that conversation. Not to challenge you, but to talk through it together and make sure we aren’t missing anything. There are lots of ways to utilize the asset you live in. Selling it is just one way. Homes are the only asset on the planet that you can also live in. Stocks and savings buy roofs, they don’t make them.
