  • 15 spots are approved, roughly one spot for every two homes. 20 spots were permitted, the additional garage space will be used for residential storage base

 

Amenities and Finishes
The homes will begin on the second level, and that will have a large common area shared a courtyard that is landscaped. There will also be a shared roof deck along the Laguna side of the building. Select homes will also have private roofs or outdoor space.

None on site. The developer elected to pay a substantial fee in addition to the standard development fees to the city to be used for the construction/support of affordable housing.
