    More About the Building

The Ironworks Lofts building is a steel-frame building. There are four typical layouts for the residences in the building, all of which are on two levels and have oversized mezzanines. The loft homes were all originally designed and delivered with an upstairs walk-in closet and washer-dryer hookups. Many homes have two walk-in closets. All homes have at least one parking spot, and many have two parking spaces.

Lofts on the north side of the building have nice views of the downtown skyline, and many of the  homes offer outdoor space.  Scheinholtz Associates designed the interior loft layouts and finishes, and the homes were delivered to the original buyers with 5” wide-plank hardwood floors, decorative gas fireplaces, and CAT-5 Ethernet wiring.
