“A slender sliver of a tower, upper level homes sometimes find themselves above the fog.” – Matt
One Rincon Hill, completed in 2008, is home to 390 residences at 425 1st St. and 489 Harrison St. in the South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. The original full-service luxury view skyscraper in South Beach. Atop the tower is a 50,000-gallon water tank designed to counteract movement caused by winds coming off San Francisco Bay; this system keeps the building from swaying up to 16 inches (and residents from getting seasick in their homes high above San Francisco).
Home sizes at One Rincon Hill vary with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. Building amenities include a fitness center, full-size pool, spa, barbecue area, residents’ lounge area with catering kitchen and outdoor patio, City CarShare on site, free wifi in common areas, bicycle room, and storage.
