    More About the Building

One Embarcadero South by the numbers: Two towers of 14 floors each with 233 homes total, 208 tower condos, and 25 two-level townhome-style condos. There’s one parking spot for each home with valet service. Most homes have two or three bedrooms, and there is a small selection of one-bedroom condos as well.

Talk about location, location, location. One Embarcadero South is across the street from Oracle Park (formerly AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants), adjacent to the Muni light rail lines that run to downtown and also south down Third Street, steps from the Embarcadero, and within a few blocks of dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafes. Commuters who drive love this place for the easy access to 280 South. Caltrain is two blocks away.

When One Embarcadero South was completed in 2000, South Beach was a far cry from the lively neighborhood that it is now. AT&T Park was also completed in 2000, making the area a destination for both baseball games and other events throughout the year.

One Embarcadero South was one of the earliest luxury developments in the area, and it was billed as offering resort-style living in the city. With a heated outdoor pool, barbeque area and manicured grounds (including palm trees), the building gives residents the opportunity to relax and enjoy some of the best weather in the city.
