    More About the Building

A planned unit development tucked away on the very south side of Potrero Hill that was developed in 1984. Most homes are either single-family or townhome in style, but are still subject to monthly HOAs and governing documents of the association. A small landscaped park is the development’s only amenity, although most buyers are drawn to the development for the relatively affordable prices of homes that come fairly close to being single family homes.
