All homes have parking. Parking is provided by a mechanical stacker for most homes in the building with the exception of the penthouse homes. The mechanical stacker will accommodate “average” size vehicles, but not large SUVs or other large vehicles.
Amenities and Original Finishes
The homes feature recessed lighting, generous ceiling heights, hardwood floors in the living areas, and individual central air-conditioning and heat for each home.
The kitchens are beautifully appointed with Carrera marble countertops, Thermador, Bertazzoni, and Bosch appliances, and externally vented range hoods.
Bathrooms feature Waterworks fixtures and Carerra marble countertops.
Below Market Rate (Inclusionary Housing) Homes
The developer fulfilled the city’s requirement for affordable housing by providing five below-market-rate homes onsite.
