You can’t get much closer to Lake Merced unless you’re in a boat! Lake Shore has a suburban strip-mall vibe and is also close to some awesome San Francisco experiences. Pine Lake Park and Stern Grove define the northern neighborhood boundary, and a large strip-mall in the center of the neighborhood means you’ll never have to go far for your daily necessities.
