    555 Fulton St. replaces the two-story commercial/industrial building that measured approximately 19,620 square feet on a rectangular lot that is just shy of 45,000 square feet. 555 Fulton is a five-story, mixed-use building with 139 homes, 29,000 square feet of ground floor commercial use (a planned grocery store), and 148 off-street parking spaces (some for the residences and some for the commercial tenant). New Seasons Market from Portland had signed a lease for the grocery store space, but backed out in January 2018 because of construction delays.
