The building features several floor plans with studios, junior one-bedroom (5) , one-bedroom (5) and two-bedroom homes. The smallest floor plans are the studios between about 325 – 375 square feet, while the one bedroom plan comes in at about 400 square feet and the two bedroom plans are between about 700 and 775 square feet.
Construction was completed in the fall of 2016.
The homes at 388 Fulton do not have car parking for any residences. The nearby performing arts garage may have spaces for rent, and is also home to Scoot (scooter sharing), as well as zip-car and Getaround, two more traditional car-sharing services.
