2290 Third Street will be home to 71 residential rental homes over a ground-floor commercial space. There will be parking for 34 cars and 71 bicycles. Homes are expected to range in size from studios to three-bedroom homes. The six-story building will be topped by a shared roof deck with a fire pit and a dog run.
Number of Homes
Demolition in 2016 of an existing one-story building will make way for the new residential building. Completion is estimated for 2019.
Unannounced at this time. Pricing is typically the very last item that a developer decides upon, so we don’t expect to have this information until the sales office opens.
The building will have 34 parking spots and 71 bicycle stalls. Developers typically provide larger homes with parking, so the smaller studio and one-bedroom homes most likely will not have parking available for purchase with them. Under current city law, the parking must be unbundled (ie, you cannot be forced to purchase a car parking spot).

A shared roof deck with a fire pit and a dog run will be available to residents of the building. Finishes are unknown at this time; we’ll update this page as details are released.
