I’ve been wearing my favorite Marine Layer puffy jacket, which means July has arrived! Hopefully you celebrated an injury-free Independence Day and your animals are recovered from their firework-induced PTSD.
The midyear market shift has arrived, lasers are lighting up Sutro Tower for it’s 50th anniversary, Karl the Fog arrives early for his annual Fogust vacation, more buyers are out looking for SF homes, and inventory remains low.
