Under construction, the Four Seasons Private Residences will be home to approximately 145 residences at 706 Mission St. in the Yerba Buena neighborhood of San Francisco. Incorporating the historic Aronson Building, which survived the 1906 earthquake and fire, the new development will feature two towers

Most homes will have two, three, or four bedrooms and range in size from 2,800 square feet to more than 4,000 square feet. An amenity level on the building’s fifth floor will include a fitness center, lounge with a bar and fireplace, private dining and tasting room, and landscaped outdoor terrace.

More About the Building

The development consists of the restoration and rehabilitation of the Aronson Building with space for the Mexican Museum and some residences in the historic structure, and the construction of an approximately 500 foot high tower (about 47 stories) with additional space for the Mexican Museum on the lower floors and about 130 additional homes in the tower for a total of about 145 new homes.

Finishes have not been announced, but given the Four Seasons’ reputation for luxurious design, we expect ultra-high-end details.

The developer made a $5,000,000 contribution to the Mexican Museum’s endowment and a payment of $5,000,000 to the city affordable housing fund.
