The Harrison was completed in 2013 with 299 residences at 401 Harrison Street in the South Beach neighborhood of San Francisco.
Home sizes at The Harrison at Rincon Hill begin at 600 square feet and range up to more than 1,300 square feet. Homes are available in one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Building amenities of note include a sky deck residents’ lounge on the 49th floor and additional fitness facilities.

The story of The Harrison is perhaps the story of San Francisco real estate. The One Rincon Project was originally envisioned as a two-tower development with shared amenities.
Market timing and investment appetite saw the condos in what was originally thought of as “Tower 2” at One Rincon Hill and developed with investment capital focused on rental-grade finishes and leased as apartments for cash-flow. Facing a glut of luxury tower rentals, the building was then sold to investors who brought on a new design team led by Ken Fulk that re-did the building interior before re-launching as The Harrison.
The result is a fusion of old-world elegance and modern high-rise amenities and views.

Renowned Interior Designer Ken Fulk created the finishing package for homes in the building. Homes have an elegant and unique finish package with colors, tones, and textures that recall classic old-world European elegance.
The heart of The Harrison is the lobby, styled as a grand salon with soaring ceilings, a bold marble floor, and intricate wood-work that recalls a classic library. Ken Fulk also designed Uncle Harry’s, which is the owner’s lounge on the top floor which has some of San Francisco’s most stunning and uninterrupted bay views.
The homes are elegantly appointed with brass finishes and marble, as well as a diagonal-cut wood floor in the living areas. Upgrades are available, but homes are delivered finished and not as shells. South Beach and it is the second tower of One Rincon, which was initially rentals. This is a full-amenity building with a pool, fitness center, concierge, etc.
