    More About The Building

After a dozen years of planning, weathering the financial storm of 2008, and neighborhood opposition, Outer Parkside is gaining 56 new homes on the block of Sloat Blvd. between 46th and 47th Avenues. On the ground floor, there are four commercial spaces for non-formula retail and restaurant businesses. Homes will range in size from one to three bedrooms.

July 2018: We have information indicating the current owner has elected to finish the development and sell the homes.

March 2019: We’re working to get an update about building plans at this time. Homes were listed and then un-listed last fall.

April 2019: The development has been picked up by the Compass new development team and re-branded as The Westerly.

August 2019: Sales to the general public have begun with the new sales/marketing team in place.

2023: Sales continue and new owners enjoy amenities, and the first-floor retail of the five-story contemporary building.
