Built in 2014, Millwheel North is home to 39 residences at 1275 Indiana St. and 1260 Minnesota St. in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco.
Home sizes at Millwheel North begin around 600 square feet, with the largest plans measuring in at more than 1,700 square feet approximately. Homes are available in one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom layouts. Building amenities include a shared courtyard and a secure lobby.

Millwheel North is a community of 39 homes in two buildings that face Indiana and Minnesota Streets, with a landscaped courtyard between the two buildings. The community offers a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom homes. Home sizes range from just shy of 600 square feet for the smallest one-bedroom home to over 1,700 square feet for the largest three-bedroom home.
The two buildings are mid-rise and are each about four stories, with residences over ground floor retail and commercial, as well as a large parking garage (the project was entitled with 1:1 parking).
