    More About the Building

After the Pagoda Theater sat empty on this site for 20 years, it was torn down in 2013 and replaced with 19 new homes — 15 with two bedrooms, two with one bedroom, and two with three bedrooms. The homes occupy the top four of five floors, over a ground floor restaurant that will be approximately 4,700 square feet.

    Number of Homes
    19

    Year Built
The crumbling Pagoda Theater was demolished in 2013 and the site was used by SFMTA to extract the machines used to bore the tunnel for the Central Subway. Construction was completed in 2018.

    Parking
Initial plans show the building will have 27 parking spaces. We expect that each unit will have one parking space and that the remaining eight spaces will be allocated to the commercial space.

    Amenities and Finishes
Luxury grade appliances and finishes. Some homes have private decks and there is a shared roof deck with bbq, firepit, and seating areas for owners.

Below Market Rate (Inclusionary Housing) Homes
The developer has paid an in-lieu fee to the city to satisfy the inclusionary housing requirements. There are no BMR homes in the development.
