Our Yerba Buena homes for sale MLS listings and neighborhood tour page went live recently, and includes our neighborhood video tour of Yerba Buena. If you are looking for a condo for sale in the Yerba Buena area, then please take a few minutes to visit the page. We think it’s pretty useful and we hope you will too. And if you have suggestions about how we can make the page more useful, we’d also love to hear that feedback.

The Millennium Tower in Yerba Buena

If you aren’t familiar with the area, it is one of the newest MLS sub-districts, and is essentially the eastern half of SOMA. The Yerba Buena neighborhood is home to many of the luxury high-rise condominium buildings of San Francisco.  Some of the marquee condo buildings in this neighborhood include The Four Seasons Residences, The St. Regis Residences, and The Millennium Tower. In addition to these luxury condo buildings, there are also plenty of condominiums in smaller buildings or buildings that are more affordable. You’ll also find some lofts in the neighborhood, but if you are looking for a freestanding single family home, this is the wrong neighborhood for you.

It’s an incredibly walkable and eclectic neighborhood, with tons of museums, cultural institutions, and some of San Francisco’s best restaurants within a short distance. It also offers numerous transit options, including access to BART and underground Muni trains, and is home to the transbay transit center that is currently under re-construction.

Yerba Buena has sunny weather, great access to the San Francisco bay, and you’ll be within a short walk of the world-famous San Francisco farmer’s market at the Ferry building (not to mention the numerous restaurants and shops that are headquartered there).

As always, if we can be of service in this awesome San Francisco neighborhood (or any other), don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
