Once a parking lot, 1868 Van Ness rises to eight stories at the southeast corner of Washington and Van Ness Avenue. The Marlow is just to the south along Van Ness. The ground floor offers about 3,000 square feet of retail space, while floors 2, 3, and 4 have six homes per floor and floors 5, 6, and 7 each offer four homes.
