This past Tuesday broker’s tour was a wet and wintry San Francisco day. That’s not a complaint, that’s an observation about how right the world was this past Tuesday. January is winter here in San Francisco, and winter means rain. And rain means slowly rising out of our four-year drought induced water deficit.
Broker’s tour was light in terms of agent traffic, which makes sense given the weather. The diehards were out there this past week, and that was about it. The row houses of The Pacific make an interesting contrast and response to some of the Victorian buildings across the street. The unit building in Hayes Valley was another favorite photo from broker’s tour.
