This summer I was an attendee at the Inman Connect real estate conference in San Francisco. The good folks from realtor.com were also there, and had approached me about taping some short segments for their “Ask A Realtor” feature that they’ve been doing on YouTube.
Below are two of the segments that they’ve posted to their youtube channel. In one video, I talk about a few things that first time home buyers can do to make their home search process less frustrating and more efficient. In the other video, I talk about the perceptions home buyers have about getting a good deal, vs the reality (at least the reality in San Francisco).
I hope you enjoy these videos, and if these two videos haven’t completely saturated your appetite for Matt Fuller real estate videos, be sure to check out our SF Real Estate channel on youtube, where I tour lots of neighborhoods and generally chat away about San Francisco real estate.
