Matt Fuller (that’s me) joins Keba Arnold to talk about the current San Francisco real estate market. Thanks to the entire amazing team at KTVU for inviting me to join them on their 4pm broadcast on March 7, 2016! Check out our SF Modern Condos instagram feed for the behind-the-scenes photo collage.
Below is a video of the clip.
In this segment of Money Matters on the 4pm Broadcast of Fox KTVU-2 Keba Arnold and I discuss how the condo market and single family home markets are doing at 3 different price brackets.
We look at the entry level price point, which is currently about $400,000 – $700,000. The mid-range market where many of the sales happen is roughly between $800,000 to $1,400,000, and the high-end market is roughly above $2,000,000.
How are these three different price points behaving so far in 2016, and how does their performance in terms of sales and days on market in 2016 compare to 2015?
There has been quite a lot of commentary and thought about the market in 2016 so far this year. Matt Fuller has been actively practicing residential real estate in San Francisco since 2002, and shares a story about his very first single family home sale and how that price compares to the current real estate market in San Francisco.
What are your thoughts on the current market? We’d love to hear them as a comment here on our blog, or feel free to find us on Facebook, Twitter, or plenty of other social media channels.
